Riverfront Homes

Founder Mark Utley’s vision is to maintain the character and integrity of the ranch, and to protect the wildlife and scenery of this unique Eleven Point River preserve.

The six Eagle Ranch riverfront home sites are positioned along a one-of-a-kind bluff on the Eleven Point River.

The intent of our engineering and architectural team is to design, and position your home to complement the natural setting so that it becomes “part of the bluff.” Designs will take advantage of the view and also the natural passive solar potential of these lots. The prevailing cool river breezes will allow these homes to be as energy efficient as possible with minimal environmental impact.

Working within the Eagle Ranch design guidelines, each owner will have the opportunity to create a customized home. Choices will include all natural materials inside and out, modern country chic kitchens, large crackling fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and large gables filled with energy efficient glass for beautiful views and passive solar opportunities.

Eagle Ranch is encouraging owners to consider sustainable options such as propane generator back-up power systems, rain water collection systems, geo-thermal systems, wind turbine power generator systems, and the use of efficient and low level LED lighting.

During the construction process, crew trucks and delivery vehicles will be restricted to an off sight parking area to minimize environmental damage and preserve the natural habitat that covers the bluff today.
